100 year old boat cottage

I will be listing for sale a boat cottage in the ever popular old Fairhaven Neighborhood next week.  The livingroom is made  of the home was built originally as the pilot house of a barge from the turn of the century ( 1900 not 2000 ).  It exudes charm thru-out and is in one of the most desired areas of Fairhaven ( Bellingham).  A stones throw from Paddon Creek ( a salmon creek).
