Fairhaven Power out for 5 hours

I woke up at 4 am, heard a loud electrical surge. The lights went out.  Went to a 7am meeting.  Electricity off for 6,000 residences Fairhaven, Southhill and Happy Valley neighborhoods.  I found the Puget Sound Energy trucks searching around for the problem, and told them I heard a loud electrical PoP near my house at 14th and Harris within 10 min. the power was back on.
