6:45 AM; Black thick Rain clouds,  9AM; bright sun, needed my sun glasses. 10:45 AM; rain and wind, 1:30 PM; 40 mph winds.   Who knows what's next .
       I do know that a family moving north from Eureka CA is up here to see a beautiful home in bad weather.  They drove here and will drive back. 
       The Coast Guard Cutter Terrapin is out to sea again.  I hope with safe and adventurous experiences.
     The rates are great and FHA is now offering a 3.75% ARM loan.
